Gudalur Adivasi Hospital has a capacity of 20 beds and takes care of all the
ailments of the adivasi patients. Emergency procedures and operations - including
caeserian deliveries are conducted. The doctors and nurses respond to the needs of
the adivasi community - often taking risks, because referring patients to higher level
centres will mean wasting precious hours and resources. The hospital has a Laboratory too.
